CITIZENLAB, S.L. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CITIZENCHAT

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using CitizenChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use or access CitizenChat.

1. DESCRIPTION

CitizenChat is a product of Citizenlab, S.L., a company registered in Spain. CitizenChat is a platform that allows users to create, share and discover content.

1. USER CONTENT

CitizenChat may allow you to upload, submit or transmit content to the platform. You are solely responsible for your use of CitizenChat and for any content that you upload, submit or transmit.

1. OPEN AND PUBLIC DATA

You are solely responsible for designating whether your data is open or public. If you choose to make your data public, you understand that it will be accessible to other users of CitizenChat and that Citizenlab has no obligation to keep such data confidential. Citizenlab will not be liable for any use or disclosure of such public data.

1. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to use CitizenChat for any illegal, unauthorized or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to use CitizenChat in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of CitizenChat or its computer systems or networks.

1. TERMINATION

Citizenlab may terminate or suspend your access to CitizenChat at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use CitizenChat will immediately cease, and you agree to delete all copies of CitizenChat from your possession.

1. DISCLAIMER

CitizenChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Citizenlab makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of CitizenChat or the information, content, materials or products included on CitizenChat. You expressly agree that your use of CitizenChat is at your sole risk.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Citizenlab be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use CitizenChat, even if Citizenlab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citizenlab, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs, actions and liabilities, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of CitizenChat or violation of these terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

1. CHANGES TO TERMS

Citizenlab reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Citizenlab makes any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, Citizenlab will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on the site prior to the change becoming effective. You agree to be bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions when you use CitizenChat after any such change.
